I think of the ankle board like a stepping stone after ankle flossing. With flossing, an ankle board, a tib bar, and calf raises, you have my full ankle system.

Hopefully you DON’T need this product. But for those with greater ankle needs, I consider it a must. Fortunately, it’s among the most affordable exercise tools.
